How do I book a tour or accommodation?
You can contact us via email or WhatsApp for assistance with availability and custom requests.
What payment methods do you accept?
To secure any arrangements for accommodation or a tour package ( except activities which can be settled during your visit ), we kindly require a 30% non-refundable deposit if cancelled cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the deposit can be applied towards future bookings for you or your relatives.
The deposit can be settled online via PayPal or Wise transfer, OR via Bank wire transfer 15 days prior to the starting of the arrangements.
The remaining balance shall be settled during your visit, online via PayPal or Wise transfer. Or in cash (MAD or EUR ) or credit card.
(expect an additional 5% extra to cover your transition fees for PayPal or credit card).

How do I get to Merzouga?
You can reach Merzouga by:
- Private Car/Rental – A scenic road trip from Marrakech or Fes.
- Bus – Supratours runs daily buses from major cities.
- Flight + Transfer – Fly to Errachidia, then take a private transfer.
Can children and elderly travelers join desert tours?
Yes! Our packages are designed for all ages. We offer camel rides suitable for children, and we can arrange 4×4 transport for those who prefer not to ride camels.
What are the accommodation options in Merzouga?
We offer:
- Luxury desert camps – Private tents with en-suite bathrooms, high-end dining, and live music.
- Standard desert camps – Comfortable Berber-style tents with shared facilities.
- Hotels, Riads & Auberges – Traditional guesthouses near the dunes for those preferring non-camping options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 15 days in advance are fully refundable. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee. Contact us for details.
Do you accommodate special dietary requests?
Yes, we provide vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meal options upon request.
