Welcome to Best Of Merzouga! By booking any of our desert tours, accommodation, or activity arrangements, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or by direct contact with our team.
  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival or as agreed.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, online via Wise or PayPal, or cash in EUR, or MAD.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by the customer:
    • More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
    • 30–15 days before: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days or no-show: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Best Of Merzouga:
    • In rare cases of extreme weather, security concerns, or force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours. Full refunds will be offered if rescheduling is not possible.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Minor changes (e.g., dates, number of guests) may be accommodated based on availability. Please notify us as early as possible.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.

4. Travel Insurance

Basic travel insurance is included only while guests are inside our tour vehicles, as required by Moroccan transport regulations. For all other aspects of your trip—including accommodation, activities, excursions, or time spent outside the vehicle—insurance coverage is the responsibility of our third-party partners, and may vary depending on the provider.

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive personal travel insurance that includes coverage for health, accidents, cancellations, and adventure activities, to ensure full protection during your stay in Morocco.

5. Health & Safety

  • Guests must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  • Our tours may exposure to desert conditions. Please assess your fitness and consult a doctor if unsure.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, local hosts, and the environment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior disrupts the experience for others.
